Returns & Exchanges

Polar Skate Co. accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed, and original-packaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and skate decks are still in their original shrink wrap to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
